We’ve always been proud to be a place that brings people from all over the world together. Our doors are open, ready to welcome you back to make connections, collaborate on ideas and collectively share in an unrivalled event experience.

Ireland is open and we are here to help you reconnect, so you can continue to inspire delegates and create shared experiences.

Large Spacious Rooms

Our large-capacity rooms and spacious foyers have enabled us to find new and creative ways to optimise both the space and the experience of safe face-to-face meetings and hybrid events at The CCD. All seating plans aim to maximise the use of space, while also providing a productive, safe and compliant event. So, whether you’re looking for a classroom or theatre style, have an exhibition or a banquet, we can deliver this for you in a safe manner.

Event Hospitality and Banqueting

A key part of any event is the hospitality offering. To maximise the use of space, we can stagger lunch times or offer a range of food options throughout the day. This allows you to use a smaller space for dining, freeing up larger spaces for your conference sessions. We have also implemented changes across our menu, service and seating arrangements to ensure a safe experience for your delegates without compromise. As per current Failte Ireland Guidelines our Hospitality teams wear face masks. We can collaborate with you to create a bespoke solution that meets the needs of your event.

Exhibitions

We will work with clients and suppliers to ensure floor plans and building schedules are done in a safe and compliant way. We have developed options for the immediate future that are focused on conversation and face-to-face interaction, allowing exhibitors to continue to engage and network with delegates. These options also offer you the possibility of using other spaces in the building, such as foyers or smaller event halls, for your exhibition.

Planning your Future Events

Choosing The CCD for your event comes with the added reassurance of realistic renders. We can create true-to-life renders of socially distanced conferences, banquet seating options and exhibition layouts, so you can get a real sense of the various options available and what your event could look like on site. As all our event solutions and renders are designed by our in-house experts, this eliminates the need to outsource and manage multiple suppliers. It also means that come what may, we have a safe solution that can be mocked up and rolled out at relatively short notice in response to any changes in restrictions.

What to expect at The CCD

The health and safety of all who come to The CCD is our priority. We have introduced a number of measures, in line with local government and health authority guidelines, to ensure all who attend events at The CCD feel comfortable and safe. We are also following expert guidance jointly developed by AIPCICCA and UFI in relation to re-opening business events and have attained the Fáilte Ireland COVID-19 Safety Charter. This accreditation demonstrates that we are committed to providing delegates with a safe space and that we adhere to official guidelines for re-opening. Our safety measures include hand sanitisation stations at all entry points into the building, social distancing signage and floor markers and frequent and thorough cleaning of all rooms, touchpoints and equipment.
