There will also be dedicated industry sessions which will allow researchers to interact with and experience the latest technologies in a workshop format. The conference dinner on Wednesday the 22nd August will be held in the historic Mansion House where the first Irish Parliament sat. Throughout the week there will be ample opportunity to experience Dublin’s vibrant social scene. The social programme on Friday 24th August will offer visitors the chance to experience the best of Irish culture, from galleries, museums, scenic country tours, beautiful gardens, breweries, technology tours and the opportunity to have a game of golf on one of our many award winning courses.

The International Association of Plant Biotechnology (IAPB) was founded in 1963 and is the largest international professional organisation representing the interests of the world-wide plant biotechnology community.
