Our doors are open, ready and waiting to welcome you back to face-to-face events at The CCD. Safety is our key priority when it comes to hosting events. We want everyone that comes to The Convention Centre Dublin to feel comfortable and safe.
Here are just some of the additional measures we've taken to ensure paramount levels of safety on-site.
We have hand sanitisation stations at all entry points to the building, and have enhanced the frequency of cleaning rooms, equipment and touchpoints before, during and after each event. Toilets and handwashing facilities are available on each level.
From the moment you step foot inside our expansive atrium, you'll be greeted by a sense of immense space. All three levels of our auditorium and all halls open out to one of five spacious foyer areas. The air handling units operate on full fresh air. This means there is no recirculated air used and supply air never mixes with return air which gets discharged to the atmosphere.
Our digital signage units, which are strategically placed throughout the building will display health and safety notices to encourage good hygiene practices, in line with local health authority guidelines.
Coffee, buffet and service stations can be increased and we can also facilitate staggered break and mealtimes to minimise queuing and gatherings of people. All our cash-catering cutlery sets are single use and compostable.
The CCD received the Fáilte Ireland COVID-19 Safety Charter. This accreditation demonstrates that we are committed to providing delegates with a safe space and that we adhere to official guidelines for re-opening.
We treat every event on an individual basis and we are happy to work with you to incorporate any additional measures you might want to implement. To find out more, email or call our Sales team on +353 1 856 0000 today.
