The CCD to host the inaugural Laya Healthcare Pendulum Summit
DUBLIN – 16 October 2013 – The Convention Centre Dublin (The CCD) has been chosen as the venue to host the first ever Laya Healthcare Pendulum Summit on 09 January 2014. The Summit is a day-long forum for individuals and companies, from a cross-section of industries to come together and share their wisdom, ideas, experiences and future aspirations. The underlying goal of the Laya Healthcare Pendulum Summit is to be the catalyst to help Ireland return to prosperous times.
Colonel Chris Hadfield, the famous Canadian astronaut who was singing from space and tweeting ‘as gaeilge’ will be the keynote speaker at the Pendulum Summit. Colonel Hadfield said, “I cannot wait to meet everyone at what will be a remarkable journey of embracing your inner pendulum and reaching for new heights in all areas of your life”. Speaking on the topic ‘The Sky is NOT the limit’, Colonel Hadfield will focus on how he kept himself inspired and motivated in solitude.
RTE broadcaster, Miriam O’Callaghan, will be Guest MC on the day along with other guests including renowned motivational speaker Frank Dick OBE; leading authority on personal development Jack Black; Formula One industry expert, Mark Gallagher; Performance & Leadership Specialist, Gurra Krantz; former Bord Gais Chief Executive John Mullins; MD of Twitter Ireland Stephen McInTyre; Business Development Specialist Paul McNeive; and Founder of Web Summit & Founders Paddy Cosgrave. More speakers are due to be announced in the coming weeks.
