The Internet Engineering Task Force 121
The Internet Engineering Task Force 121 will take place at The Convention Centre Dublin (The CCD) from Saturday 2nd to Friday 8th November 2024.
The IETF makes voluntary standards that are often adopted by Internet users, network operators, and equipment vendors, and it thus helps shape the trajectory of the development of the Internet. But in no way does the IETF control, or even patrol, the Internet. IETF Meetings are held three times per year around the world to promote in-person attendance by IETF participants. Interim meetings are organized between IETF meetings to focus on specific issues.
