The International Food Science Conference - The Science of Food Safety, will take place at The Convention Centre Dublin from 21 - 22 August 2019
In honour of the Food Safety Authority of Ireland’s 20th anniversary, they are to host the international food science conference, The Science of Food Safety – What’s our Future?
The two-day event will focus on microbiological safety and chemical safety. It will feature international and national keynote speakers and a conference dinner and entertainment. This engaging and interesting event, will promote and enhance the scientific research in the context of support for international regulatory food safety.
