As part of your rental package at The Convention Centre Dublin, we offer a comprehensive range of digital display options giving you sustainable options to present your event logos, photos, videos and sponsorship materials, as well as session names and schedules throughout the building.
Our digital display system supports sustainable events as it reduces the need for printed banners and signs. Serving all spaces throughout the building, we offer a basic package free of charge, as well as a range of upgrade options.
Ground Floor Foyer Screens
Located on either side of The Forum doors are state-of-the-art LED screens. Measuring at 9.7sqm each, these two screens are sure to catch the eye and have no limits! The high-resolution has any graphic – whether that be animation, video, static image, or otherwise – looking vibrant and exciting.
Level 1 and Level 2 Foyer Screens
If you plan to have your event or part of your event on the upper foyers, we have two 98” LCD screens on the large walls beside the entrance to the halls on both levels one and two. They are perfectly placed to catch the attention of those taking a break , entering the venue or waiting for things to kick off. Live content, sponsorship videos, animated logo designs and information videos are just some of the things that look good on this screen.
Delegates are welcomed into each of our halls by header signs above the doorways. These are the perfect solution for displaying session names and times to help delegates find their way around, as well as event branding or sponsors’ logos.
Meeting Room and Hall Signs
Every hall and meeting room at The CCD has its own screen outside the door to display your event branding and schedules, which can be programmed to change for morning, afternoon and evening sessions.
Digital Display Units
Our Digital Display Units are available for whatever you like! They can be placed throughout the building and used to show welcome messages, sponsors’ logos, directions, table plans or your daily event schedule. They can also display videos with audio and are at eye level, which is an advantage as they catch a delegate’s attention straight away.
Custom graphic and video design service
We provide a competitively priced in-house custom content design service. With our knowledge and experience, we offer the added value of an in-depth understanding of our screens and their locations ensuring maximum impact for your content. It also better facilitates real time changes and content scheduling.
