Notes to Editors

The AIPC Apex Award

The AIPC Apex Award is based on an extensive analysis of customer input via detailed surveys and reflects an unbiased picture of a centre's performance as seen through the eyes of its customers. The analysis covers a range of categories including facilities, project management, customer relations, catering, creativity and technology. 18 international venues qualified for the competition by achieving a high level of client testimonials to serve as a basis for an independent evaluation and analysis by the international research firm Ipsos.

"Our runners-up are deserving of real recognition, given the very high standards required to compete in this program and the fact that they each achieved this distinction by being top-ranked in a specific category of evaluation", said AIPC President, Edgar Hirt. "Overall, we feel the AIPC Apex Award goes far beyond simply the winners as it creates important information and insights that drive overall centre performance ".
