In January 2013, we launched a new five-year strategy for the business. As part of this strategy, we have a very clear vision – ‘to be the world’s favourite place for leaders, innovators and dreamers to share, create and celebrate ideas that change lives.’
We have developed a range of strategic initiatives across all aspects of our business aimed at delivering this vision by the end of 2017.
We also launched a new set of values for The CCD. These values reflect the culture that exists within the business, and we live these values every day, in our dealings with each other and with our clients, delegates and guests.
