Located in Spencer Dock, on the banks of the River Liffey, The CCD is in the heart of the vibrant, popular and historic city of Dublin.
Accessible by air, road, rail and sea, The CCD is an ideal venue for Irish and International clients to get to. It takes only 20 minutes to get to Dublin Airport via the Dublin Port Tunnel. We have a new ‘LUAS’ tram line, with its own station, located behind the building, which links to the capital’s main rail stations. Dublin Port is only 5 minutes from The CCD, with regular ferries to the UK, and the venue is also easily accessible by road.
Designed by renowned Prizker award-winning, Irish-born architect Kevin Roche, The CCD is a truly iconic landmark building. The stunning glass atrium offers visitors panoramic views of Dublin city, bay and mountains on all six spacious foyer levels.
We have 22 flexible, purpose-built meeting rooms, ranging from our beautiful 2,000-seat Auditorium and banqueting hall, The Forum, to a range of smaller halls, meeting rooms and boardrooms, capable of accommodating any type of event, from a meeting for eight, to an international congress for 8,000.
Not only is the building designed and built to the highest specifications, we have also installed the very latest technology, telecommunications and IT infrastructure, and have carefully selected furniture, fittings and equipment of the highest standard, befitting a world-class venue.
