Description
If you want to make a really powerful statement and give your conference or event the most amazing impact, then The Auditorium does this perfectly. This stunning hall, which encompasses the top three levels of the building, is surrounded by beautiful wood-panelled walls sourced from sustainable forests and has tiered seating for 2,000 delegates. Delegates sit comfortably in premium Figueras chairs, often referred to as the eight-hour chair because they are so comfortable. Each has their own ventilation control to adjust the temperature and fold down writing tablets for your laptop with power socket and data port. Perfect sightlines to the full-size theatrical stage mean the speaker has everyone’s attention in their grasp. The Auditorium has its own fly tower and orchestra pit for 80 musicians, plus seven interpretation booths, which enables your conference to be translated live to the audience. Our commercial vehicle lifts allow all your production kit to be brought effortlessly onto the stage; and all this is supported by our Technical Production Managers who are on hand to maximise the use of our state-of- the-art equipment from our AV control room. Delegates arrive through our main entrance and are then guided to your event by our CCD Hosts via the lifts, or by travelling on our escalators through the stunning glass Atrium, with its dramatic views of the city, mountains and beyond. Finally, its proximity to other halls and meeting rooms, such as The Forum for banquets, exhibitions or break-out sessions really does make The Auditorium the perfect choice for sales conferences, annual general meetings, product launches, association conferences, international association conferences, corporate conferences, party political conferences plus national and international government events. |
