Description
Our largest flat floored hall The Forum is the perfect location for conferences, exhibitions and banquets. Located on the ground floor, with a massive 2,721m² of carpeted flat floored space, it can welcome more than 3,000 delegates for a conference or up to 2,000 guests for a banquet. Exhibitions can also take advantage of this hall’s space with a ceiling height up to 8m and under floor ducting for essential services such as power and data ports. Canvas sails which hang from the ceiling can be raised or lowered dependent on the atmosphere you want to create, and personalised with colour washes or gobos of company logos or messages to instantly transform the hall from an exhibition into a glamorous banquet. Breathtaking technical productions are also possible using our Technical Production Managers who are on hand to maximise the use of our state-of-the-art equipment from our AV control room. Finally, its proximity to other halls such as The Auditorium, meeting rooms and boardrooms, for conferences, banquets or break-out sessions, really does make The Forum the perfect choice for sales conferences, annual general meetings, exhibitions, banquets, award ceremonies, product launches, association conferences, international association conferences, corporate conferences, party political conferences plus national and international government events. |
