Developed by Spencer Dock Development Company – a business within the Treasury Holdings Group, The Convention Centre Dublin is a unique Public Private Partnership (PPP) with the Irish Government.
Spencer Dock Convention Centre Limited (SDCCL) is charged with the provision of the site, the design, construction, funding and post opening operation of The Convention Centre Dublin for 25 years. All commercial risk rests with the SDCCL.
In turn, responsibility for day-to-day management and operation of The CCD is vested in Spencer Dock Convention Centre Limited (2), which trades as The CCD.
